JPResume

A Swift CLI that turns a western resume into Japanese 履歴書 and 職務経歴書 formats and keeps the two in sync, with deterministic stages kept separate from the AI ones.

SwiftCLIAI-assistedJapan

A Japanese resume is not a translation of a western one. The 履歴書 is a grid form with its own conventions. The 職務経歴書 is the free-form career story, with phrasing rules that are their own skill. And both have to stay aligned with the English version, or they drift at the worst possible moment.

JPResume is a small Swift CLI that handles all three problems. It runs a pause-point pipeline (Parse, Normalize, Validate, Repair, Generate, Render) where the deterministic stages and the LLM stages stay clearly separated, so I can inspect intermediate artifacts before they ever become a PDF I might send to a company.

I built it because two people asked for my Japanese resume and both times my honest answer was "let me get back to you on that." Now the answer is a command.
