The macOS transport bar now has a voice picker, so you can change voice while listening instead of opening Settings. It only shows up when there is actually more than one voice for the current engine and reading language. Small feature, but switching voices is exactly the kind of adjustment you want to make mid-listen, not buried two windows away.
